For everybody who loves the tranquil and nature of the countryside. Newly build, partly still under construction 3 bedroom house with open fire in the living room, built in the beautiful nature of Granada. The plot is totally fenced, the finca is connected to electricity and water is coming out of the well. As the region is known for it´s splendid water quality, even sold to whole Spain, there is no need to have a public water connection. The well provides enough water even to fill the whole swimming-pool.
The garden remains like it has ever been, nature, there are a few almonds trees. As the house is newly built, there are no reforms needed, you may move in inmediatly. The kitchen is fitted and the bathroom is nicely done as well.
To the airport of Málaga or Granada it takes 40 minutes to drive and also to the beach.
