With glorious mountain views and a glimpse of the lake, the house and pool stand in 2 acres of wild gardens, within a terraced orchard of olive, almond and fruit trees. The private and tranquil La Palmera is reached via the scenic mountain road and an unmade private road. A steep drive brings you into the wonderfully untamed garden, bright with wild flowers in spring. Some 100 metres from the cottage, a track from the house leads to the lake. Inside, La Palmera has a country style kitchen/dining room with access to one of the outside terraces for outside dining, a sitting room with an open fire and French windows, which lead out onto the south facing terrace. A large shower room is also provided on this floor. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor with three bathrooms tastefully furnished in cool colours. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom, and a full suite bathroom for the other two bedrooms, one twin, and one double. A few metres away in the garden there is a self contained guest house.
