Old country house to reform, with 53 hectares (530,000m2) of totally flat pasture / grassland, with Spanish oak trees (encina). There is granite dry walling around most of the land´s borders and a huge coral for a picadero. This is built in the same style so that it is within keeping with the original house and to integrate into the countryside. The old house is currently 150m2 built and it would be possible to make it into a 3 to 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It does retain some wonderful old features and reminds us of an old Yorkshire farmhouse except, this one basks in sun most of the year round!
