Located near Velez-Malaga with almost 11 hectares (28 acres / 108.379 m2) of land, with a complete infrastructure of roads, of which 7.2 hectares are dedicated to the production of avocados, 90% are picked during Hass (the main harvest) and 10% during Fuerte (the smaller harvest in October). The farm has two wells, one producing 3 litres of water per second, five water reservoirs holding a capacity of 400m3 (400,000 litres), and a complete irrigation system. It is completely self-sufficient in water. The average annual production from 2,000 trees is 60,000 kilos of avocados, which currently fetch 2 euros per kilo through a co-operative. In addition there are 30 mango trees and an upper 3.7 hectares of land with a pine forest of 3,000 trees which will mature by 2011.
Included is a 3 bedroom detached Spanish Villa, a large storeroom, and a separate 40m2 garage/workshop that is large enough to make guest accommodation or a worker´s cottage.
