Francesca´s Vineyard is a privately owned traditional and rustic mountain farmhouse set deep in the beautiful country side of Andalucia close to the village of Colmenar. The property is one house renovated into 3 separate casitas/apartments but very easily changed back to one house, or one large and 1 smaller apartments). The furnishings can be bought separately if required. The current escritura is for one house. The property has been lovingly renovated and restored to a high standard creating a relaxing atmosphere and an ideal holiday destination. It is divided into 3 separate self-catering casitas, and is let as a whole sleeping 10 or Ochre sleeps 2, Sienna sleeps 4 and Umber sleeps 4. The finca´s setting and location are ideal for summer and winter use. You can completely relax and lounge by the pool in the peace and quiet of the summer heat, or explore the traditional white mountain villages. Also on your doorstep are lakes of the National Parks and the Costa del Sol beaches. Alternatively for the more active you may prefer to enjoy tranquil walks in cool forests, on high mountain tracks or to simply walk through the tracks of the local olive and almond groves. The finca is located a 5 minute drive to the white village of Colmenar, a fascinating place also known as the Capital of the Andalucian Mountain villages. It is just 40 minutes drive from Malaga Airport on the Costa Del Sol and is about 30 minutes drive from the nearest Mediterranean beaches.
