This is a sports family bar in a square, where children can play safely in Benelmadena Costa. This is probably the busiest bar in this friendly square. There is ample parking. It is only 10 minutes walk to beach. This bar has a very good local trade from the apartments near by, as well as there are hotels and therefore holidaymakers in the surrounding. At the moment it is only run as an evening bar. The bar provides a pool table and with the good size terrace which is attracting a lot of customers. They show all big sporting events from SKY TV. It has a lovely, large wooden bar area.
The bar comes with 21 year lease and the rent is currently 606 euros per month, the community fee is 150 euros.
