This is a 2 bedroom apartment situated on the ground floor with a south west facing balcony, the sun comes onto the balcony early afternoon and stays late into the evening in the summer before it disappears behind the mountains.
The complex is peaceful and quiet, although a car is recommended so you can explore what the Costa del Sol has to offer, there is a bus stop within the complex that will take you to Benalmadena Pueblo or to the Marina (once on the coast you can get buses to other, further a field locations
The Costa del Sol is a loand of contrasts with mountains, sea, rural villages and sophisticated tourist areas. It boasts high temperatures all year round, rarely going below 65 degrees (F) in the winter and often above 85 in the summer months, the sun shines for 300+ days a year.
There are excellent beaches up and down the coast, most of them are cleaned every day and sre serviced with bars, restaurants, showers, umbrellas, beds, palm trees, children´s parks, life guards (check locally) water sports and much more.
There are 11 Marinas on the Costa del Sol, great for sailing and water sport activities, many of the marina´s also have busy nightlife and top restaurants.
There are more than 40 golf courses, in the main these are quality courses and have been host to most of the major international championships.
All outdoor activities can be located somwehere in the Costa del Sol or you can choose to relax at one of the many health spas.
For something more traditional there are numerous small Andalucian villages dotted around the mountains, all offering fantastic scenery and an opportunity to experience the calm Spanish way of life and make the most of their hospitality.

Benalmadena Pueblo (the old village), traditonal little streets, the local square to relax in and have a drink and fantastic views of the coast
Arroya de la Miel - the busy commercial town
Benalmadena Costa with miles of excellent beaches with beds, umbrellas, bars and water facilities. The award winning Marina with it´s bars and shops, port facilities, fantastic night life for all tastes and the Aquarium.
There are many bars and restaurants from all nationalities
The promenade strteches several kilometers both ways, containing mosaics done by local artists, perfect for strolling with chance to stop off at the many bars, cafe´s and restaurants, relex with the tranquility of the sand and sea and watch the world go by.
The apartment is in a quite part of Benalmadena, on a new complex situated between the coast and Benalmadena Pueblo.

Colomares Castle - beautiful miniature fairy tale style castle to visit and fascinating grounds to walk around, breath taking views, Snake City and a Reptile Sanctuary all with demonstrations.
Torrequebrada Golf - Played host to the Spanish Open and many more firsts line tournaments. (5 minutes from the apartment)
